Does WALO sell or market my customer data?
No. WALO does not sell your personal information or your customers' data. If an advertising or analytics feature is ever treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under a state privacy law, WALO will provide the required opt-out.
Is WALO Data Privacy Framework certified?
Not currently. WALO does not claim EU-U.S. DPF, Swiss-U.S. DPF, or UK Extension certification unless Service Pricer LLC is listed by the U.S. Department of Commerce. If certification is completed later, this legal center will be updated.
Who controls customer content?
For business customer content, the business user is generally the controller or owner of the data. WALO generally acts as a processor or service provider that processes the data to provide the requested service.
Can WALO process medical or highly sensitive data?
WALO is not designed for regulated medical records, PHI, government IDs, private keys, or highly sensitive data unless a feature clearly says it supports that category and the proper agreement is in place.
Who reviews these policies?
These pages are operational policy drafts for WALO and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being treated as final legal advice.
