Who you are contracting with
WALO Developer CRM is operated by Service Pricer LLC. These terms form a binding agreement between Service Pricer LLC and the entity or person who opens an account. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service is built for businesses and offered for business use. It is not directed to consumers and not available to anyone under eighteen.

Your account and your crew
You are responsible for every account in your workspace and for the people you invite. Credentials are personal — invite a member rather than sharing a login, and tell us straight away if you think an account is compromised.
Workspace owner. Controls billing, invitations and deletion. Ownership transfers in writing.
Members. See workspace data. Each connects their own Google account; one member connecting Google never exposes their mail or files to another.
Crew on WhatsApp. Contractors who message your number are not account holders. They can submit costs and photos. They cannot read your books.

What you put in stays yours
Your jobs, receipts, photos, contacts and figures belong to you. You keep every right in them. You grant Service Pricer LLC a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content for the sole purpose of running the service for you.
We do not sell your data. We do not train external models on your business records. We do not build advertising profiles from anything in your workspace.

Messaging and consent
The service sends and receives messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message the people you add — documented consent from each contractor, investor, tenant or agent before anything is sent.
In the United States that obligation sits under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the FCC rules made under it. For recipients in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the ePrivacy Directive and its national implementations apply instead. Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy sits on top of both and is stricter than either.
Plain version: if someone has not asked to hear from you, do not add their number. Opt-outs are honoured immediately, and the platform enforces that independently of us.

Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, send unsolicited bulk messaging, probe or stress our infrastructure, scrape third-party listing sites against their terms, or store data you have no right to hold.
Listing data. Property alerts come from searches you configure on third-party sites. We do not scrape those sites and neither may you through this service.
Sensitive categories. Do not put government identifiers, card numbers, health records or background checks into free-text fields. The service is not designed to hold them.
Automated access. No crawlers, no resale of access, no reverse engineering.

Fees, trials and cancellation
Plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices exclude tax; applicable sales, use or value-added tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.
Cancel any time and the workspace stays live to the end of the paid period. Because plans run month to month, partial months are not refunded except where a statutory refund right applies where you are. A trial becomes paid only when you pick a plan — no card is charged automatically when a trial ends.

Availability and support
We aim high on uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service on standard plans. Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time where practical. Support runs by email during US business hours with a target first reply inside one business day.

Warranty, liability and indemnity
The service is provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows. It is a record-keeping tool — not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Its figures are only as good as what you and your crew enter, and you remain responsible for checking them before you file a return, sign a contract or close a sale.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and total aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your messaging practices, or your breach of these terms.

Ending it and taking your data
Export receipts, line items and job records to CSV at any time while the account is active. We may suspend an account for non-payment or a serious breach of acceptable use, with notice where circumstances allow.
After termination your data stays retrievable for thirty days. It is then deleted from live systems, and encrypted backups age out on their own cycle within a further sixty days.

Changes, governing law and disputes
Material changes are announced by email and in the product at least thirty days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date accepts the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Alameda County, California. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief where it is genuinely needed.
