AMH — Artificial Mind Hive (operated by Service Pricer LLC), "WALO", "we", runs the WALO platform. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Business account data you provide at signup — business name, website, contact email, and WhatsApp Business number. Messages exchanged through your connected WhatsApp number, processed to generate replies and alerts. Lead-notification emails you choose to forward to us, processed to extract a prospective customer's name, message, and contact and draft a reply. Basic usage and diagnostic logs.
To operate the service — route and answer messages, draft replies, send opted-in customers transactional updates, and alert you to new leads. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Message and lead content is processed by AI models (Cloudflare Workers AI) solely to generate replies and summaries for you. Your content is not used to train third-party models.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service (such as Cloudflare and Meta/WhatsApp), under their terms, and when required by law.
We only send WhatsApp messages to individuals who have opted in with the business. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Conversation memory is kept short-term (hours) and deleted automatically. We retain only what is needed to operate the service.
