Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using WALO. By accessing or using WALO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use WALO.

1. About WALO

WALO is a business operations and automation platform for local businesses, service businesses, contractors, short-term-rental operators, creators, and small teams. WALO provides tools for WhatsApp-based business commands, lead alerts, customer reply drafting, reminders, campaigns, SEO checks, IndexNow submissions, connected-account workflows, rental operations, and AI-assisted business tasks.

WALO is operated by Service Pricer LLC, doing business with AMH - Artificial Mind Hive, from the United States.

2. Eligibility and business use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use WALO. WALO is intended for business use, not personal, family, or household use. If you use WALO on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Account registration and security

You agree to provide accurate and current account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members, connected apps, phone numbers, and automation rules you authorize.

4. Free tools, subscriptions, billing, and trials

WALO may offer free core tools, free starter features, trials, monthly plans, annual plans, usage-based features, advanced AI/model usage, Teams or Enterprise features, extra SEO Grow article volume, or paid setup services. Paid pricing and included features are shown at signup, in your account, or in a written agreement with us.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment is received. We may change pricing with reasonable notice to existing paid customers.

5. Connected accounts and third-party services

WALO can connect to third-party services such as WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Cloudflare, GitHub, Vercel, Stripe, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, SEO tools, booking tools, AI model providers, browser verification tools, and other business apps. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize WALO to access and use that account as needed to provide the features you enable.

You remain responsible for your third-party accounts, their fees, their terms, and any activity you approve through them. WALO is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, billing, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or errors caused by third-party services.

6. Messaging, consent, and compliance

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required consent before sending messages, emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, campaign messages, reminders, calls, push notifications, or automated replies through WALO. You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, privacy laws, Meta/WhatsApp policies, email provider rules, and any industry-specific rules that apply to your business.

You may not use WALO for spam, deceptive messaging, unlawful lead scraping, harassment, or sending messages to people who have opted out. Recipients must be able to stop receiving messages where required.

7. AI outputs and owner approval

WALO uses AI providers and automation tools, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Cloudflare AI, Ollama/local models, or similar providers, to draft replies, summarize leads, analyze websites, suggest SEO fixes, generate content, estimate food or image data, prepare code packages, and automate business workflows. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them.

For sensitive actions such as sending messages, applying DNS changes, committing code, changing connected accounts, scheduling events, or creating customer-facing content, WALO may present an approval step. You are responsible for actions you approve, including approvals made through WhatsApp, the dashboard, or a connected account.

7A. EZ Calorie and nutrition information

EZ Calorie provides food-photo recognition, calorie estimates, macro estimates, nutrient notes, and goal tracking for general informational use. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or qualified health professional.

WALO only processes the meal photos, captions, labels, corrections, and food details you choose to send or connect. You are responsible for deciding whether the estimate is right for your situation and for correcting it when needed.

8. Payments and customer transactions

If WALO helps you create invoices, collect payments, send payment links, or connect payment tools such as Stripe, you are the seller or service provider for your customer. WALO is not a party to transactions between you and your customers. You are responsible for taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, service quality, and compliance with payment processor rules.

9. Your data

You retain ownership of business data you enter or connect to WALO, including customer information, messages, leads, jobs, invoices, files, connected-account metadata, website data, and campaign content.
