You must own or be authorized to use any phone number, domain, or account you connect. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent (opt-in) from your customers before messaging them and for complying with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and WhatsApp's Business Policy.
WALO drafts messages using AI. AI-generated content is provided as-is, may contain errors, and is not a guarantee — you are responsible for what you send. WALO does not quote prices or make commitments on your behalf.
No spam, unlawful, or abusive messaging. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the underlying platform policies.
Paid plans are billed as described at signup. WhatsApp message fees, if any, are billed by Meta directly to your account.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Pricer LLC's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Either party may end the service at any time. You may export or delete your data.
