One easy WALO setup
Most users start with WALO login and WhatsApp. Cloudflare is only needed when they want WALO to check or fix domain, site, DNS, email trust, or indexing issues.
- Cloudflare: domains, DNS, email trust, BIMI, Pages, IndexNow, and Turnstile real-person checks.
- GitHub: optional, only for users who want WALO to stage and commit site/article/code changes.
- Primary deploy path: connect GitHub, then attach that repo inside Cloudflare Pages so every approved commit can build and deploy cleanly.
- Microsoft, Google, payments, and other apps: optional add-ons when that person or business actually uses them.

If a user connects GitHub, WALO can stage a change, show the diff, wait for approval, then commit it. Without GitHub, WALO still gives copy-paste fixes.
- Good for articles, sitemaps, Google verification files, and small site edits.
- Private repos are recommended for customer work.
- Agent templates save the repo, branch, deploy target, approval words, and Browser Agent checks for each type of job.
- Deploy hosts stay separate so users do not overconnect accounts.
Agent templates
Templates keep WALO from guessing. A user can save one lane for blog edits, one for SEO fixes, one for deploy checks, one for screenshots, and one for local-runner work later.
- Git target: repo, branch, folders WALO may touch, and whether to open a PR or commit direct.
- Deploy target: Cloudflare Pages project first. Vercel only if the user already has an old project there.
- Browser checks: URLs, login state, mobile width, required text, no 404, no console errors, screenshot proof.
- Approval rule: WALO drafts first, then only submits after the saved approval phrase.
- Template pack: PDF for the human, JSON for WALO, and optional upload into the connected Git repo.
- Need help: users can ask WALO to send it to a helper, book setup help, or skip the technical lane.
