1Who gets it
Paste emails, upload CSV, or start from a connected contacts/email import when available. We find the email column, grab a name if there is one, then de-dupe and validate.

Who it is from, which connected sender lane should handle it, where replies go, and the subject line customers see first.
Connected mailbox sending appears only after that account grants the right send permission. Until then, use WALO sender, send a test, or keep it as a draft.
Good for weekly briefing letters, birthday invites, review asks, product specials, and reusable business offers. Account storage or Google Drive backup can take over once connected.
