Acceptable Use Policy

1. Security and network abuse

• Do not disrupt WALO or third-party services.
• Do not bypass security, safety, billing, provider restrictions, AI guardrails, approval gates, or rate limits.
• Do not send malware, phishing, credential theft, spyware, unauthorized monitoring, or cyberattack instructions.

2. Wrongful use

• Do not send spam, fake reviews, fake engagement, deceptive content, impersonation, spoofing, or phishing.
• Do not misuse personal data, biometric data, likeness, voice, customer data, or private records without proper rights and consent.
• Do not make high-risk automated decisions without appropriate human review.

3. Harmful or illegal activity

• Do not use WALO for fraud, harassment, hate, exploitation of minors, doxing, explicit deepfakes, weapons development, or violence.
• WALO may investigate, suspend, limit, terminate, preserve records, notify providers, or report suspected illegal activity where appropriate or required.
