WALO.

Subprocessors

Posted: July 23, 2026 - Effective: July 23, 2026 - Prior versions available on request

WALO engages third-party providers to help provide WALO services to customers. These providers may process customer content, account data, connected-account metadata, prompts, messages, files, logs, or diagnostic data depending on which WALO features a user enables.

AI training posture: Customer content is not intended to be used by AI subprocessors to train foundation models for those providers unless a user separately brings their own provider key or enables a feature whose terms clearly say otherwise.

Not currently active unless enabled later

WALO does not currently list Twilio/SMS as an active public subprocessor for ordinary users. If WALO later adds SMS, carrier calling, healthcare workflows, enterprise audit tooling, or additional support systems, this list should be updated before those features are broadly offered.

Updates

As WALO grows, subprocessors may change. Users can request current provider details, disconnect integrations, revoke provider access, or ask about a specific provider by contacting support.
